Registration deadlines are defined on each city’s event page. We cannot guarantee that events will not sell out by a specific date. Please register early!

No registration is guaranteed without payment. To secure your spot, we request a full payment, PayPal payment plan, or communication with our events team at hello@movewithluminous.com

Full payments are required 2 weeks prior to the event. Unpaid registrations will not be included in the event and your spot will be relinquished to someone on the waiting list.

Completed liability + photo release waivers as well as value agreements are required for each dancer/participant. These will be sent out 2 weeks prior to each event and will also be on our website.

Last minute In-Person Workshop Registration may be accommodated based upon availability.

When calculating discounts or free hotel room, dancers attending on a scholarship, one day dancers, and observers are not included in your total number of dancers.

Student scholarships may be redeemed by “offer code” during registration. If you need help, please email hello@movewithluminous.com

If paying by check, payment must be made in advance to LUMINOUS Tour LLC. Checks must be received 2 weeks prior to the event date to secure your spot.

Workshop Age is considered as of Jan 1, 2025 for the entire 2024-2025 season. However, it is up to parent and Luminous staff discretion if a student should join a different room.

Credit Cards and Apple Pay will be the only forms of payment accepted on-site.

REFUND POLICY: If any Luminous event is cancelled due to Covid-19, we will issue full refunds to all registered participants within 4 weeks. If a student must cancel due to COVID-19, they may be eligible for a full refund. All other cancellations are subject to a full charge or an event credit (at the discretion of Luminous management).

COLLEGE RATE: $165. Luminous is proud to offer a special to all students with a valid college ID or proof of professional dance program participant. In order to register with a college discount, please email hello@movewithluminous.com

ONE DAY WORKSHOP OPTION: One day workshop registrations are available for both Saturday and Sunday classes. Please select ONE DAY PASS at check out.

Photo and Video recording from any media devices (i.e. digital cameras, cell phones, SLR's, Flip, etc.) is strictly prohibited during classes, unless a Luminous educator gives explicit consent. Please remember to be respectful of the class. This is to enforce the children's safety and privacy, as well as protecting the work of choreographers and faculty. We offer professional photo and video services at each of our events and on our website after the event.

By entering the space, choreographers and all attendees automatically give permission to Luminous Tour to use all photos and videos from convention for advertising, publicity, and professional use.

In order to participate and/or watch Luminous Tour convention classes, all attendees must have a wristband.

Wristbands for entry into ballroom must be worn throughout the convention weekend.

Please do not remove wristband. If replacement wristband is needed, the old wristband must be presented at registration.

During the convention setting there are no oversized dance bags or luggage allowed in the ballroom. Keep all belongings as far back against the walls as possible. This is to ensure that all the dancers have plenty of space. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

All dancers must wear cover-up and shoes when outside the ballroom area. No tap shoes or bare feet outside ballrooms.

Please be respectful of other guests in hotel and public spaces.

Teachers are more than welcome to observe and/or participate in all ballrooms. When dancing in student classrooms, we kindly ask you dance to the side or in the back of the room behind the student dancers.

Teachers are not eligible for scholarships.

All scholarships are nontransferable.
